How it works

    One simple Gmail rule, and every school email comes to School Night. No app to download.

  2. We keep only what matters.

    Uniform days, trips, forms, money, early pickups. Newsletters and class chatter stay out of your way.

  3. The night before and the morning of.

    You and your nanny get a WhatsApp the evening before and again in the morning, at the times you choose. We suggest 8pm and 6am.

Know she got it.

You read the email. Your nanny gets the uniform ready. School Night sends her a short voice note in her own language, English, Tagalog or Hindi to start.

She taps Done and you see it is handled, without sending a single message yourself. If she has not tapped Done, we remind her again. If there is still nothing, we tell you.
